Requirements to redeem
You must be 18+
You must be physically healthy and pass the medical requirement form.
Certain medical conditions require a consultation before purchase of a gift card to ensure health regulations and policies are followed. These conditions include diabetes, epilepsy, hepatitis, haemophilia, HIV-AIDS or any other communicable disease, heart condition, allergies or adverse reactions to pigments or dyes or if you are taking medicine which thins the blood.

The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee you an appointment on a particular date. Appointments are scheduled according to both client and artist availability.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months.
Gift cards are non-refundable, so please make sure whoever is getting tattooed passes all the requirements and sticks to the rules.

I reserve the right to refuse to do your tattoo if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behave in a disrespectful or rude manner in the studio.
